My Experience
In July–August 2025, I engaged Omar Ghandour (Quality Renovations) to replace storm-damaged fencing. I paid $1,900 toward a $2,835 contract with a promised 2–3 day completion.
Only demolition and partial cement/post-setting were completed, with posts visibly misaligned. Over 10 promised work dates were missed, and materials were later removed from my property without consent.
A partial refund was eventually negotiated but repeatedly delayed.
| Date Promised | What Was Promised | What Happened | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Aug 6 | Posts set | Cement poured; posts misaligned | String line + photos |
| Aug 12 | Work to resume | No show | Follow-ups sent |
| Aug 15 | “Done no later than Wed next week” | Not completed | Delay excuse given |
